China supplier verification before first payment
China supplier verification does not stop at checking that a company exists in a registry. Registration does not prove that the company is a manufacturer, controls the goods or should receive the payment.
The first layer is identity: company name, registration data, address, representatives, website, domain, contacts and bank details. Inconsistencies between these elements matter more than a polished catalogue.
The second layer is the manufacturing profile. If the supplier claims to be a factory but documents, photos and online traces look like a trading intermediary, deal terms should change.
The third layer is behavior: pressure for urgent advance payment, refusal to provide evidence, changed bank details or unwillingness to confirm the site.
HEIMDALL reviews China suppliers before payment so the client can decide whether to pay, request proof, change supplier or run enhanced review.
